What does One Price actually mean?

We work out the major costs upfront, and we always bring extra. So if you need another microphone or speaker, we have you covered without unexpected charges.

Are you a fit for a small event?

Yes, that's the point. We're built for organizations that need a professional show but aren't ready for a large AV vendor's minimums and add-on structure.

Can you live stream to Zoom or YouTube?

We use PTZ cameras and send a clean program feed with real audio from the board, so remote guests hear the mics rather than a laptop's microphone. Recording comes with it.

Do you work with hotel venues that require their own AV?

Often, yes. Most Tennessee and Kentucky venues allow outside AV. Tell us the venue and we'll tell you honestly whether we can load in.

How far ahead should we book?

Two to six weeks is comfortable for most events, but last-minute dates are worth a call, if the gear and a tech are free, we'll take it.

Can we book only audio, or only screens?

Yes. We work with your budget to give you the best bang for your buck.

What happens if something fails mid-event?

With technology, things happen. We're there to fix it without you even knowing. We also prep and test all our gear before the show to make sure everything is working properly.

Do you help format presentations?

We do. Send decks ahead and we'll flag slides that won't survive projection (small type, thin lines, low contrast) before your presenter finds out live.

Is overtime billed separately?

No. We work out the details at the start, and everything is included in the price we agree on.

Do you carry insurance for venues?

Venues that require a certificate of insurance can request one during booking, and we'll provide the documentation they need.

Can we rent equipment without a technician?

We send a technician with the gear. That is how we keep the price honest and keep you from troubleshooting a console an hour before doors.

What size screen can you bring?

All screen sizes are available. Tell us the room, the ceiling height and how far the back row sits, and we will pick the size that stays readable.

Do you provide staging or risers?

No. We handle audio, video, lighting, black draping and lecterns. If you need a stage built, your venue or a staging company handles that piece.

Is cabling and setup included?

Yes. Cabling, stands, cable management, setup and teardown are inside the same number as the equipment.

Is travel charged separately?

Not within our Tennessee and Kentucky coverage area. Load-in, load-out and drive time are inside the flat price. Events well outside the region get a clear travel figure quoted up front.

Do you know the local venues?

We work regularly in hotels, churches, community centers, breweries and event halls across the region, so power, ceiling height and load-in quirks usually are not a surprise.
